| I recently tried to sell a property by owner with little luck. I reached out to Deborah to list it for me. She felt that I was under priced and adjusted the listed price accordingly. In just a short month or two, we had an offer for the full list price. Leading up to closing there was a title issue that needed attention. Deborah took the lead and resolved the issue as well as an issue with the property tax valuation. The deal went to closing and I netted as much as I would have had I sold the property by owner.
